Our Silk Specialists are in the office and workrooms from 9am-4pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  They do have the ability to receive email on Monday and Friday as well, but may not be able to check availability or status. Saturday and Sunday are reserved for Family and Worship.

 

Many of your questions may be answered in our Frequently Asked Questions area.  If your question is not answered here, please feel free to email us, or use the form below.

Quote Requests can be submitted from our Checklist page, or detailed wedding and product information can be emailed or faxed.  Please review the Checklist page for the information we require to provide a quote.

Questions about your order may be answered by viewing your "Order Status/History" in the Customer Service area.

If you did not receive your Order Summary, Order Updates or a reply to a Checklist or emailed question, it may be possible that your ISP or Email Provider may be filtering or blocking our emails.  Please add SilkSpecialties.com to your 'safe domains' list and email us requesting the information you are missing.  Please do not use a yahoo, hotmail or other free-email address. Use the email your ISP assigned you.  For more information on how we protect your identity, please read our Privacy Policy.
